First day, 9.15am
Induction meeting for the first day. Round and about in the centre.
Meet first patient --> Sheila (not real name)
Married with an 18-month infant daughter
Disabled student in university
But she is physically able - sounds confident, elegant and brilliant.
But not all problems are physical.
She has mental problem - coping with anxiety and relationship problems with her mum
Being raised up in the environment where her mum verbally abused her.
Looking forward to meet with her tutor from university regarding her mental problem that associated with academic problem.

Meet second patient --> Robbie (not real name)
Sedang berusaha untuk berhenti minum...so he avoids meeting with his friends. Feels quite isolated - needs friends to share the same interests.
Sleeping problem - insomnia. Lack of motivation.
He is nice, neat and tidy. Loves outdoor activities, loves nature, loves art...
Good insight and has realistic goals towards what he wants to do in life.
Benefited from Disabled Living Allowance
Looking forward to get involve in voluntary work as soon as possible..

Tasks :
Assessment with Robbie - initial interview, write up case report and plan intervention for him. Next meeting with him in 2 weeks time.
