'What are you studying?'

When people asked me..."What are you studying?" I said... "I am doing a degree in Occupational Therapy"

And they made these... "Oouuuhhhh!!" "Wooowwww" "That's cooool!!" "Wahhh"

Oh YESS! I love my placement!! I love my placement this time!!! I love it!! Love it!!! Alhamdulillah..!!!!! What can I do to praise Allah for giving me such a good placement to experience this year???!!! Syukur~

Ok now I realize that I reeally love to work in school!!!!!! Any kind of school~ Just name it as long as it is called a SCHOOL!!!!

I am not wrong. This is my passion. I am not wasting my time learning to be a TEACHER!!! Like some other people I met, they said to me...."You are wasting your 6 years (2 years in A level, 3 years doing degree and another 1 year for Diploma in Education) just to be a teacher!! It is not worth!!!"

Ohh...sungguh kurang sopan insan tersebut. Ok now what..I love being a teacher!! It is the feeling that I couldnt describe in words when the kids call me this wonderful word 'teacher'!!!! I repeat...they call me 'teacher'!! It's a noble word. It's an honour!!!

I would say that the most touchable word in the world is the word 'TEACHER'!!! Tidak keterlaluan kan..hehehe... I am so in love with this kind of work!! Teacher is not about teaching on its own..its about helping the children..helping the helpless people to gain a better insight towards the world~~~ We have good connection with the children!! The best connection ever!! Its from heart to heart connection!

Haahhh~~ I love my placement now a lot compared to my previous placements in hospitals......

Many people asked me this kind of question... If you are going to be a teacher, why you are doing degree in Occupational Therapy???
Lalala...I am going to be a Special Education Teacher.

And when I said that, they startled. And asked me further questions like... "Who's your sponsor?" "Tell me more about Occupational Therapy and how it links to being a teacher" "How you are going to be a teacher, your are doing Occupational Therapy?" "How's that happen??" "Where are you going to work? It is here in the UK?"

To be honest...I really want to go back and work in Malaysia as a special education teacher. Kalau saya kerja sini, our Malaysia Government is wasting their money!! Kerajaan hantar saya belajar sejauh ini untuk belajar Occupational Therapy is for me to do the skills transfer~~~ I will make full use of my education here to practice in Malaysia..!!

I had a pretty good contact with OT Malaysia. And they asked me whether I am interested to be one of the OT tutors in Malaysia. Oh ok..the answer is..I want to be a teacher!!! I want to work with kids. Not adults. Alright, I will leave this offer just like this. Perhaps, perancangan Allah lebih baik dan ada sebabnya. Siapa tahu kan??
